Literature Text

I sit here, drowning my sorrows
Remembering how we used to be
The times when you lied
You never loved me.
I gave you everything I had to give
I gave you my heart
My soul, my love
But you just tore it apart
You have me lying here
Defeated
Drunken on the floor
Like shit you treated me
You only used me
Another notch on your belt
And here I stand
All the lies now felt
You didn’t love me, did you?
I wouldn’t be here if you did.
This is dedicated to my brother.
